As part of the neighborhood dialogues in Anderlecht, Createlli advised the college and the administration. Together we worked on a participation and communication plan with an action-oriented survey and extensive feedback for the 7 neighborhoods. We worked with our C-lab platform to quickly organize a poll of a wide audience. This brought focus to the info and dialogue sessions that followed as feedback moments.

Using low-threshold methodologies (such as the Can-Do methodology), the college interactively discussed the analysis with residents and stakeholders. The municipality’s participation service brought a large and representative group of residents around the table in each neighborhood. There was a direct dialogue between residents and the municipality, where there was room for both everyday frustrations and constructive solutions. As a result, we created mutual understanding between policy and area perspectives and more insight into the current (dis)satisfaction and future priorities in the Anderlecht neighborhoods.
