
Jan founded Createlli and leads business development, business consulting and strategic research. He has an engineering an management education, as well as a postgraduate in corporate social responsibility management and auditing.
Jan has over 20 years of experience, first as engineer and later as a strategic sourcing consultant, consulting director and product manager in various start-up companies in the purchasing consulting and solutions industry.

Jan is fluent in Dutch, English, French and German.

Jan Vincke has more than 20 years of experience in urban planning and sustainable development. Since 2001 he guided the participation and communication on complex projects such as the Sigma Plan, the second port access of Antwerp, the accessibility of the port of Zeebrugge, etc... . In this way, he has built up in-depth knowledge of procedures (MER, SCBA, SIPs, Complex Projects, etc.) and the context of challenging projects. As of 2009 he continued as an independent consultant. He focused on integrated development, water and environmental management and infrastructure projects. Jan worked as a consultant on many projects together with Createlli. UForcE and Createlli now have a structural cooperation agreement whereby Jan acts as senior expert in the Createlli team.

Jone has a master in Architecture (University of Navarra, 2000), a degree in Peripheries, sustainability and urban vitality (Madrid, 2005) and a Master in Landscape Architecture (British Columbia, 2007).
Jone is specialised in participation for urban planning, urban development and social innovation. She has advised many local authorities and lead many projects. She has a passion for participation with children and teenagers.
Jone speaks Spanish, Basque, English, French.

Ashish leads our development team based in Delhi. He has an education in IT, and in his 9 years of experience, has developed lots of web applications and several collaboration platforms prior to joining Createlli.
What to expect when dealing with Ashish? He likes technical challenges and has surprised many of us with inventive solutions and an open mind from working in India, China, Myanmar and Japan before joining Createlli.
Ashish is fluent in English, Hindi and has notions of Japanese.

Irati has a masters degree in architecture (San Sebastian, 2016). Before joining Createlli Irati worked in a consultancy company. She joined the Createlli team in 2016 as an intern doing research on the C3PO European project and is now an employee in our Bilbao team. She is conducting a master in Urbanism (Bilbao, 2017).
Irati speaks Basque, Spanish and English.

Vishant has a degree in Computer Science, and has been working as a developer in our Delhi team since 2016.
Vishant speaks Hindi and English.

Gitte holds a master’s degree on engineering in architecture with structural design as option (Catholic University of Leuven, 2020). As part of her thesis project, she developed two applications with an in-situ character that engage citizens to participate in the (re)design of public space. During her education she gained work experience in an architectural and engineering firm. Since October 2020 she has been working as a Participation Project Officer in our team. Gitte is fluent in Dutch, English and has notions of French.

Guillaume is a qualified urban planner (OPQU) with a multidisciplinary background (sociology, geography, architecture and landscape), but also an artist, lecturer and accredited trainer. He has 20 years of international experience in strategic territorial development and operational planning, project management and project assistance. His transversal approach to urban development allows him to propose integrated models that put into perspective the challenges at all scales of the project and at each of its stages. In parallel to this track record, Guillaume's career is marked by a passion for visual communication, participation and guiding processes in conferences, training programmes and sustainable projects. It is this passion that he shares within Createlli as a senior consultant for communication and participation.

Frank is a seasoned innovation manager who is motivated about possibilities & opportunities. Frank has 20+ years’ experience in Innovation, Strategy and Business Creation. Frank has an engineering background and fulfilled before people, change & program manager roles in large international business and start-ups.
What to expect when dealing with Frank? A big picture thinker, ability to solve problems that have no obvious way to resolution, an arranger, winning others over and thrives on ideation with a very strong focus on growing other people.
Frank is fluent in Dutch & English.

Ainhoa holds a master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning (2022) and a degree in architecture (2020), both from the Polytechnic University in Madrid. In her thesis she developed an urban regeneration project from an urban planning view by making a modification of the current planning documents of the municipality. Besides regeneration, she is also interested in the most social side of urbanism, the one that involves the citizens and policy making. Ainhoa is fluent in Spanish, English and Basque.

Fabio has a master’s degree in Product Development Strategy & Interaction Design (Antwerpen, 2019). Before joining Createlli Fabio worked more than two years in a social innovation agency. There he was involved in diverse projects improving wellbeing and inclusion in society. Since October 2022 Fabio has been working as a Participation Project Officer in our team. Fabio speaks Dutch, English and has notions of French.

Marie holds a Bachelor's degree in Media Communication, which she combined with an expertise in learning and development and certification in diversity, equity and inclusion. She dedicated her work to make a positive impact on organizations and individuals by focusing on intersectionality, cultivating a workplace culture of inclusion and belonging, and facilitating equitable and sustainable change. She decided for her thesis to write a paper focused on institutional racism and destigmatizing introversion. Since March 2023 Marie has been working as a Participation Project Officer in our team. Marie is fluent in French and English.
