The municipality of Pelt, AWV, Infrabel, the Werkvennootschap, De Lijn, the Province of Limburg, and MOW are collaborating on a study to improve traffic flow in and around Pelt. This initiative responds to the construction of a second train track and a streetcar bus line. The study explores optimal locations for a new Hoppin point and alternatives to the area’s numerous level crossings.

To ensure comprehensive insights, the project combines traffic data with local knowledge, supported by extensive communication and engagement with Pelt residents. Createlli developed the process approach through an in-depth stakeholder analysis. We organized a sounding board group and hosted two information fairs, complemented by newsletters, invitations, tailored presentations, a film script, posters, roadmaps, and interactive discussions on mobility.

Participants rated the initiative an impressive 9 out of 10 for satisfaction. Additionally, we facilitated alignment among clients during preparatory meetings, ensuring consistent messaging across various interface projects.
