The city of Leuven and the Agency for Roads and Traffic want to organize traffic in a safer, smoother and smarter way on the Leuven ring road near the Bodartsite. They also want to create more space for greenery, water, heritage and encounters. Omgeving is developing a master plan and a traffic study for this purpose. Createlli was asked to advise the project team on the design of the consultation process with local residents and other stakeholders. It is a complex environment that has a great impact on the residents and surrounding neighborhoods.

Tailored to the complexity of the project, we worked out various participation methods and supported the design and project team during the dialogue moments. We processed the input in clear and transparent reports. In this way we ensured that the dialogue was effective and impactful on the entire process and project. In addition, step by step we built insight and engagement with local residents and other stakeholders.
