In collaboration with the merchant collective Unizo, the city of Hasselt aimed to gather feedback after a one-year trial of the Shop-and-Run parking zones near the city center. Createlli was engaged to explore the experiences and opinions of both residents and visitors. We worked closely with the city council to design and implement a comprehensive survey.

The survey focused on key topics, including reasons for visiting Hasselt, preferred modes of transportation, chosen parking zones, and user experiences. To ensure broad participation, we distributed the survey online and partnered with local retailers near the Shop-and-Run zones. Additionally, we conducted street interviews to capture insights from underrepresented groups. In total, 145 residents and visitors participated.

The collected data provided valuable input for the project team, guiding the development of an updated plan for the Shop-and-Run zones in Hasselt.
