Participation begins before the design competition, incorporating questions and feedback from stakeholders and local residents into the competition brief. It continues as the winning design evolves into detailed plans and permit applications. During construction, Citydev coordinates closely with local residents to address concerns. After the inauguration, the focus shifts to fostering social cohesion between new residents and the surrounding neighborhood, encouraging shared use of common areas and strong community connections.

Since 2018, Createlli has supported Citydev’s participatory efforts. For the first eight projects, we managed their websites and facilitated digital participation. Under a new framework agreement starting in 2022, we are providing full participation support for four additional projects.
