We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Participation & Stakeholder Communication Advisor to join our Antwerp team.

Are you a strong communicator with an interest in spatial planning, mobility, participation and social impact? Do you enjoy writing, connecting people and translating complex information into clear, engaging communication for diverse audiences? Are you passionate about creating inclusive public spaces and helping shape meaningful participation processes? If you’re organised, proactive and enjoy working with people, we’d love to hear from you.

At Createlli you’ll help design and coordinate participation and communication processes for a variety of projects. Together with your colleagues, you’ll develop workshops, stakeholder meetings, surveys, communication campaigns and project reports, while ensuring high-quality delivery and strong client communication.
