Last week, we wrapped up the analysis phase of the Masterplan for the Unalsite in Geraardsbergen with a breakfast session together with the companies on site.

The Unalsite is a business park along the river Dender, for which we are working—together with our partners—on a future vision.

During the breakfast session, we shared our insights on water, mobility, economy and spatial development through opportunity maps, and opened the discussion: does this picture feel right? What are we missing?
A valuable moment of exchange with the site’s key stakeholders. On to the next phase, where we will develop concrete future scenarios for the Unalsite.
