Last Sunday, during Open Street day and Car Free Sunday, more than 100 neighbors gathered on Stuivenberg Street to call attention to their 500-meter-long residential zone. Too often, fast and manoeuvering cars make it dangerous for children, pedestrians, and cyclists to enjoy the streets safely. To raise awareness, local children filled the pavement with colorful drawings and messages in sidewalk chalk. We wrapped up the street party with a wonderful sense of community, enjoying delicious spaghetti by @saamo_antwerp, homemade desserts, and live music. @amoerfoe
