In October 2018, Citydev Brussels, in collaboration with A2M architecture and Ciril City Real estate, acquired the CSA building in Schaerbeek with the aim of renovating it and building affordable passive housing for middle-income families. This ambitious project highlights two major aspects: the importance of sustainable architecture and the need to take into account the impact on the local environment.

Last Thursday (22 Feb.), the project entered its public consultation period. Createlli, in collaboration with Citydev, A2M and Ciril nv, organised a public presentation for local residents and all interested parties. We presented the project and the terms of the public enquiry. The public also visited the building and spoke to the architects about this project, which will help shape the future of the neighborhood.
