De provincie Oost-Vlaanderen en VMM startten in 2019 een project om maatregelen te zoeken in overleg met lokale besturen, landbouwers, belangenorganisaties en burgers om de problematiek in het stromingsgebied van de Zwalmbeek aan te pakken. Wij betrokken deze stakeholders via verschillende participatiemomenten, zoals de Zwalmbeekfora, ontwerpateliers, webinars en infomarkten en ondersteunden bij de organisatie van het overleg met lokale besturen en overheden. We stonden ook in voor de communicatie (o.a. events, websites, nieuwsbrieven). Samen met alle betrokkenen maakten we na afloop een procesevaluatie met aanbevelingen. De Provincie Oost-Vlaanderen, de Vlaamse Overheid, de gemeenten Horebeke, Zottegem en Zwalm, Solva, Boerennatuur Vlaanderen, het Algemeen Boerensyndicaat Vlaanderen en de Boerenbond ondertekenden op het einde van dit traject het riviercontract als teken van engagement om samen te werken aan de 43 gedefinieerde preventie acties. \n\n \n\n "},"yoast_head":"\nRiviercontract stroomgebied Zwalmbeek -
