Samen werkten we aan een participatie- en communicatieplan met een actiegericht onderzoek en uitgebreide terugkoppeling voor de 7 wijken. We werkten met ons C-lab platform om snel een peiling bij een breed publiek te organiseren. Dit bracht focus op de info- en dialoogsessies die als terugkoppelingsmoment volgden. Met laagdrempelige methodieken (zoals de Can-Do methodiek) ging het college interactief in gesprek over de analyse met inwoners en betrokkenen. De participatiedienst van de gemeente bracht in elke wijk een grote en representatieve groep bewoners rond de tafel. Er werd een direct dialoog gevoerd tussen de inwoners en de gemeente, waar zowel plaats was voor de dagelijkse frustraties als constructieve oplossingen.
