Ce plan vise \u00e0 d\u00e9finir l'organisation spatiale des noyaux de Buggenhout et \u00e0 d\u00e9signer des zones pour l'agriculture, les for\u00eats et la nature. Il fournit une vision claire pour l'avenir, y compris des lignes directrices pour savoir o\u00f9 et comment la construction peut avoir lieu, ainsi que des propositions concr\u00e8tes pour pr\u00e9server l'identit\u00e9 et la vitalit\u00e9 des centres des villages. Nous avons adapt\u00e9 une m\u00e9thodologie \u00e0 chaque phase du projet. Par le biais d'enqu\u00eates num\u00e9riques, de sessions de dialogue, d'une activit\u00e9 d'exploration \u00e0 v\u00e9lo et d'un \u00e9v\u00e9nement d'information, nous avons guid\u00e9 les participants pas \u00e0 pas tout au long du processus. En traduisant des objectifs politiques complexes en concepts clairs et accessibles, nous avons veill\u00e9 \u00e0 ce que toutes les parties prenantes puissent s'engager de mani\u00e8re significative. La m\u00e9thodologie et la strat\u00e9gie de communication ont \u00e9t\u00e9 affin\u00e9es \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape en consultation avec un groupe de r\u00e9flexion compos\u00e9 de parties prenantes cl\u00e9s et de r\u00e9sidents int\u00e9ress\u00e9s. Cette approche inclusive nous a permis de toucher un large public.
