Pour relever ces d\u00e9fis, la province de Flandre orientale et la VMM ont lanc\u00e9 un projet en 2019 afin d'identifier des solutions en collaboration avec les autorit\u00e9s locales, les agriculteurs, les groupes d'int\u00e9r\u00eat et les citoyens. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 divers \u00e9v\u00e9nements participatifs - notamment des forums Zwalmbeek, des ateliers de conception, des webinaires et des march\u00e9s d'information - nous avons engag\u00e9 les parties prenantes et facilit\u00e9 les consultations avec les autorit\u00e9s et les gouvernements locaux. Notre \u00e9quipe a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans l'organisation de ces moments participatifs, dans la gestion des efforts de communication (tels que les \u00e9v\u00e9nements, les sites web et les bulletins d'information) et dans le soutien du processus de consultation. \u00c0 la fin du projet, nous avons proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 une \u00e9valuation du processus avec les parties prenantes, en formulant des recommandations pour l'avenir. Le projet s'est achev\u00e9 par la signature du contrat de rivi\u00e8re par la province de Flandre orientale, le gouvernement flamand, les municipalit\u00e9s de Horebeke, Zottegem et Zwalm, Solva, Boerennatuur Vlaanderen, l'Algemeen Boerensyndicaat Vlaanderen et le Boerenbond.
