Il vise \u00e0 rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 l'engorgement croissant du trafic autour de Courtrai, en particulier le long du p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique et de ses \u00e9changeurs. Dans le m\u00eame temps, le projet vise \u00e0 revitaliser l'environnement en favorisant la mobilit\u00e9 durable et le d\u00e9veloppement spatial. K-R8 est une solution compl\u00e8te, tourn\u00e9e vers l'avenir, qui prend en compte \u00e0 la fois la fluidit\u00e9 du trafic et la qualit\u00e9 de l'environnement. En partenariat avec les clients, nous avons mis en \u0153uvre une strat\u00e9gie de communication et de participation multicanal. Les m\u00e9thodes de communication traditionnelles et les ateliers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e9t\u00e9s par des outils num\u00e9riques afin d'\u00e9largir l'engagement. Un \u00e9v\u00e9nement presse, une campagne mettant en avant les donn\u00e9es de trafic, et les m\u00e9dias sociaux ont encourag\u00e9 les citoyens \u00e0 visiter le site web et \u00e0 participer \u00e0 une enqu\u00eate en ligne. En outre, nous avons organis\u00e9 quatre s\u00e9ances physiques d'information et de dialogue au cours desquelles des experts ont recueilli des commentaires pr\u00e9cieux, dont certains ont \u00e9t\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement pris en compte. Les id\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 compil\u00e9es en recommandations pour le comit\u00e9 de pilotage et partag\u00e9es dans un rapport public.
