La municipalit\u00e9 prend la responsabilit\u00e9 d'\u00e9laborer un plan d'action climatique soutenu afin de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de CO2 dans la commune et d'atteindre les objectifs climatiques pour 2030 (et 2050). Koekelberg a choisi de suivre un processus transparent au cours duquel les d\u00e9fis sont identifi\u00e9s, les actions climatiques sont class\u00e9es par ordre de priorit\u00e9 et d\u00e9taill\u00e9es, et le portefeuille d'actions climatiques est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au conseil municipal. Ensemble, nous avons \u00e9labor\u00e9 un plan d'action dans lequel les nombreux acteurs et citoyens ont montr\u00e9 leur volont\u00e9 de participer activement \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre, car c'est sur eux que repose le plus grand potentiel de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de CO2. Nous avons choisi plusieurs r\u00e9unions et ateliers (bilingues) et soutenu la communication. Au cours des activit\u00e9s, nous avons pr\u00eat\u00e9 attention \u00e0 la co-cr\u00e9ation, \u00e0 la construction de la communaut\u00e9, \u00e0 l'appropriation, \u00e0 la formation d'un conseil climatique et d'un plan d'action concret, sur lequel la municipalit\u00e9, les r\u00e9sidents et les associations peuvent s'appuyer pour aller plus loin.
