Pour faciliter la connexion des citoyens au r\u00e9seau de chaleur, la province a collabor\u00e9 avec les municipalit\u00e9s d'Evergem et de Zelzate pour d\u00e9velopper des plans de zonage de chaleur et des visions bas\u00e9es sur des \u00e9tudes techniques, financi\u00e8res et comportementales. Pour l'\u00e9tude comportementale, le processus participatif connu sous le nom de \"geWOONtebreker\" a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9. Createlli s'est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la Province pour concevoir et mettre en \u0153uvre une enqu\u00eate en ligne visant \u00e0 encourager les citoyens \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 leurs besoins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques actuels et futurs tout en les informant sur les avantages des r\u00e9seaux de chaleur. Nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 et distribu\u00e9 des d\u00e9pliants pour assurer une large participation \u00e0 l'enqu\u00eate. La campagne a mis en \u00e9vidence les avantages de la transition vers l'abandon du gaz naturel et les avantages sp\u00e9cifiques des r\u00e9seaux de chaleur. En outre, nous avons \u00e9tabli un profil des participants afin de mieux comprendre le soutien et les motivations de la communaut\u00e9.
