","content":"El singular barrio de viviendas sociales Keirlandse Zillen, en Mol, necesita una profunda modernizaci\u00f3n. Nuestros socios Cluster y Maarch desarrollaron una visi\u00f3n en el marco de la convocatoria del maestro de obras flamenco para barrios vivos. Se revisaron la abundante vegetaci\u00f3n y la red de carreteras lentas. La visi\u00f3n integrada del futuro tambi\u00e9n persigue una mejor cohesi\u00f3n social y un mayor valor recreativo. Para ello sirve de br\u00fajula.<br>Junto con el Woonboog, optamos por un enfoque \u00fanico adaptado a los residentes. Como el dise\u00f1o iba a provocar un cambio no s\u00f3lo espacial sino tambi\u00e9n social, se form\u00f3 un grupo de embajadores con los residentes. Este grupo estuvo al tim\u00f3n del proceso de participaci\u00f3n y apoy\u00f3 la comunicaci\u00f3n in situ y la implicaci\u00f3n de los residentes del barrio a trav\u00e9s de diversos momentos de participaci\u00f3n. Con las aportaciones de los ni\u00f1os y los residentes, surgi\u00f3 el plan maestro de Cluster, con el que la ciudad de Mol puede avanzar. Los momentos impulsaron los contactos entre residentes. El grupo de embajadores sigue presente en el barrio y colaborar\u00e1 en la ejecuci\u00f3n final.
