espa\u00f1ol y el franc\u00e9s. Irun es un importante nudo ferroviario, donde la red ferroviaria francesa conecta con la espa\u00f1ola con v\u00edas m\u00e1s anchas. El Emplazamiento Ferroviario es muy dominante en el centro de la ciudad. Como resultado de una optimizaci\u00f3n, se liberar\u00e1n 34 hect\u00e1reas para un nuevo fin. Con este proyecto, el ayuntamiento quiere dar a Irun una nueva cara junto con los ciudadanos y todas las partes interesadas. El consejo opt\u00f3 por un enfoque de plan director para enmarcar el proyecto con la gobernanza adecuada. Este proyecto de participaci\u00f3n forma parte de la fase exploratoria, para establecer los objetivos y criterios de dise\u00f1o del nuevo plan director, con el punto de partida de reducir el impacto de la infraestructura ferroviaria, renovar completamente la estaci\u00f3n, revisar el trazado ferroviario y proporcionar una interpretaci\u00f3n mixta con un centro de servicios, actividad econ\u00f3mica y vivienda. Durante la participaci\u00f3n, nos centramos en informar, probar y crear consenso. Informamos sobre el proyecto, el proceso y la importancia de la participaci\u00f3n, probamos diferentes l\u00edneas de pensamiento desde varios \u00e1ngulos y construimos el consenso con visualizaciones de los objetivos. 740 personas contribuyeron durante las encuestas, 350 participaron en los talleres f\u00edsicos y m\u00e1s de 4.000 visitaron las exposiciones informativas. Este productivo intercambio dio lugar a un consenso estable sobre los objetivos, que sirvieron de base para elaborar el futuro plan director.
